As someone with Fibromyalgia, I had pretty much given up on trying to blow dry my hair. The combined weight of a hairdryer in one hand and the styling brush in the other was too much for me to manage and I usually had to give up after completing a quarter of my hair.I was initially unsure whether to order the One Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser based on a couple of the negative reviews. However, I could not be happier that I took the plunge and ordered it.I find it easy to hold, and the fact that you can support the other end to distribute the weight makes it very manageable. It can be a bit too hot on the highest setting when close to the neck, but the lower heat setting is fine.I would be pleased to recommend this to people with chronic health conditions, although I do recognise, of course, that we all have different experiences.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this thing, I have almost zero experience with styling my hair because it’s so curly and stubborn, so I usually just let it air dry. In the past, it would take me at least an hour or more to blow dry my hair with a hairdryer and brush, with poor results. I always found it too cumbersome to handle the brush and the hair dryer so I was hoping this would help and the great reviews convinced me.I wasn’t disappointed! I was able to dry my hair in under 30 minutes and got GREAT results even though I had no clue what I’m doing 😂My before and after pics show how curly my hair normally is vs what I managed on my first attempt with the brush just on low heat 😭🙏🏻 I’m so so pleased! I love my hair curly but sometimes I wanna change it up but I was scared of damaging it. The brush is so perfect though and was super easy to use. It’s pretty chunky but I found it easy to handle and I liked that the cord swivels, that’s really helpful. For the price, I was expecting something I’d have to work harder to love but I’m obsessed 💖

I’ve never been able to master blow drying with a round brush as I’m just so right handed. I’ve been blasting my hair dry and then using straighteners for years. With this I can finally achieve a smooth but bouncy blow dry on my shoulder length bob. Glad I got the smaller brush size as it works perfectly for my length and ‘fine but lots of it’ hair texture. Also means I can handle the weight (larger size could potentially be a little heavy if you have medical issues) in one hand for my entire head. Combined with some root lift spray I finally have some volume. The fact that the barrel heats as you go means drying is fast. I section into 3 layers from roughly towel dried straight out of the shower and it takes me less than 10 minutes to get done. Only have to use straighteners now for touch ups. It’s replaced my hairdryer completely. Excellent!

I’m really glad I bought this. I’m a bit of a hair styler junkie. I buy lots and am usually disappointed. I was staying with my sister in law and commented on how quickly she’d dried her just washed hair. So she showed me this. And as it was reasonably priced I treated myself to one. I’ve got mid length fairly thick hair. I let it air dry to about 70% and then used the styler to finish it off in less than 10 minutes. It gets my hair much smoother than using a hairdryer and brush. And unless I was going out out, it’s smooth enough to not bother to run the straighteners over it. I deducted a star as to never have to use straighteners would have been my perfection point. It does get very hot. So I’d be careful if you have very fine hair. But there is more than one heat setting I think. I’m very happy with it. Definitely the best I’ve ever used for quickness and ease of styling.

I am so glad I went ahead and purchased this, despite trying many similar blow dryer brushes/stylers in the past, which were all disappointing for one reason or another. Yes, this gets incredibly hot, but there is no need to use it on the highest setting. Personally I use it on the very lowest (cool shot) as I have fine, thin and fragile hair and don’t want to damage it any further. The lowest temperature is not cold as you would expect, but warm. Warm enough to dry and style your hair, after you have let it dry around 80% beforehand. You still get a lot of power on this setting. The thing I love most of all about this styler is the way it can shape your hair. I have collar bone length hair with layers, and this turns them under like no other brush does or heat tool that I have tried. It really shapes your layers, keeping them looking neat and tidy and like you’ve just stepped out of a salon after a blowout. Fantastic. Hair looks frizz free and shiny too, which is a big plus. Take a look at people using this product on YouTube, and you will see they get great results, every single time. I have not tried to curl my hair with this yet, so can’t comment on how well it curls your hair, but I am excited to see how that goes and will update my review on the results of that. I really can’t recommend this highly enough, and the price is so much more reasonable than other similar products you can buy, that are nowhere near as good as this.

I have a short bob so I bought this small version which I’m glad I did. It’s easy to use and bevels a Bob lovely. My top tip would be to ensure you don’t over dry your hair and know when to stop drying. I would say if your hair is warm to the touch stop. If you over dry your hair you’ll end up with flyaways.

Found this very good for styling bangs and giving a professional finish to home blowout. Wouldn’t use it for doing an entire blow dry as it gets very hot. Use in conjunction with hair dryer and use this at the end and it holds the style very well. Great price point. If you have frizz it won’t give that nice sleek finish you get from hairdryer/round brush, it blows the hair out so frizz will look worse. Minor annoyance that you need two hands to flick it on/off as there’s a twisty button, would be much easier to be able to control one handed.

Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. It dries her hair so much faster than a regular hairdryer and leaves it soft and volumous. The brush itself is a quality that she sometimes will use it as a regular hairbrush too. Great value for money and definitely recommend

Great value for money. The picture doesn’t do it justice!Saw advertised on tiktok and when it arrived, I followed tiktok tutorials and it came out perfectly and I have curly (3a-3c) hair. I also used heat protectant mousse and wella hair oil for hold, shine and volume. I didn’t even use rollers but it came out perfect! It gets tiring on your arms to hold the tension and holding upwards for the volume but so worth it. If you have really short hair I would recommend getting a round brush version. I have medium length hair and it works great for me but I have short hair at my fringe and it’s a little tricky but not impossible but would be too tedious to do a full head of short hair.Has a cool setting too which I was periodically switching to when it was too hot on my head. The style held all day the day I took that picture but another day I did it, it didn’t hold as well and my hair went frizzy but it’s potentially because of using different products or the humidity. Not sure but I’m very happy with my purchase.

Used it a few times now. I can say that it gets the job done with a few buts. One thing to note is that I have afro hair.It does feel like I’m using this for about 20mins longer than what salon quality hair tools need!It does get the job done!A little constructive criticism.I think there has got to be an option for more attachments. I need to use multiple brushes alongside, to make it work!If accessories were available to make different bristles interchangeable. This is the step up it needs!Sometimes I’m faffing around trying to find the on/off switch… Could just be me🤣I am happy with it though! Use it fairly regularly. I am still looking for other options but, this will definitely fill the gap till then.God bless!
